Individualized Athlete Training Program made available in our private and secure High Desert Performance Institute Google Cloud infrastructure. The Trainer will create an exercise program geared to the Client’s fitness level and experience in order to meet the Client’s objectives.
Training Sessions may include, but are not limited to, the following activities: cycling (on road, on track, on rollers/trainer), testing of physical fitness; general exercise; aerobic conditioning; and cardiovascular training; with optional services including weightlifting/gym training; and stretching, as well as sports nutrition programs.
